I can't access to queries objects access 97

    Hi All,
I am newbie about user security level and I hope someone can help me out.
Problem is: I got three files, one is *.mdw where there are defined three users and just one has got the password(I know it)second file is *.mdb that I can access to the tables but not to its queries. In fact anytime I try to see the design I receive the following error : "you don't have permission to read...."
while I can manage without any issue the tables.

The third file is *.mde .
I would like to re-design this application written by access 97 by using access 2010, but I m frozen in the BE (*.mdb) since I can't reset the user level permissions , while I can export both tables ans other objects present in the *.mde file by using a mde extractor.
Could you please me out unlocking/resetting the queries objects?
    Thanks.

You can try running the mda file in this link against the mdw file. I've had great success in retrieving all user names as well as their passwords out of an mdw.
