    cannot print labels

I am trying to set up a database at work through Access. I am doing a test run, so I put in a few names and addresses and categories. From there I want to print labels and after hours of trying different things, I just can't seem to do it. I don't go through our main database because our 4-H dept. is totally different. Can you please tell me how I can print labels from my entries?
    thank you

Try the Report Label Wizard (click on Report...New..then select Label Wizard)

    thank you but!!

Thanks so much for your reply. I tried that and it worked. However, when I try to print only the labels for a specific group it just prints the whole list. I set up my query as suggested however no matter what I try it just keeps printing all of the names.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you,
    Diane

Well the problem there would be in the query. You have to put criteria in your query (in SQL its the "Where" clause) to filter to the records required for the labels.
