    emailing forms

    Hello.

I have a query that I THINK is a fairly advanced question (well it is to me! ):

I've created a database that runs the books in a small business for a family member. One part of it takes information on a job they've entered and compiles a quote or invoice.

I've installed the add-on to export these in PDF format and it works a treat but what I want to do is this:

Have a button that does the following:

    • creates the quote or invoice as it does currently
    • exports as a PDF
    • emails this PDF to the email address recorded in that particular record.

All in one button if possible. Can this be done? If so, I assume I'd have to get them off webmail and set up with outlook or groupwise or something, yeah?

If anyone has any advice, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

    Dan
