My pivot chart is already created and looks great.
It is displayed as a sub-form with the parent form showing a title and date range. All is working nicely except now I'd like the graph bars to be labelled with the data they represent.

how'd you create it? wizard? take a trip into chart view and add a label for your axis there.
It is the actual data that I'd like to label and not the axis. the axis' are labeled already but the data is not.
I know this is an old thread, but I figured I would answer it anyway.
I came across this problem and couldn't easily find the answer on google so I just messed around with it.
You open the property sheet for the Pivot Chart, Then open the General Tab, select your data in the drop-down. Just below the drop down there will be a few options under and "Add" Header. Data labels is in that. Once you create the data labels, they will be in the same drop-down so you can format them.
I hope this helps.

This is good,
I labeled chart as desired.
Now when looking at the report, which is grouped by person,
the data labels only show up on the first persons graphs.
Can anyone help with that?
Please?
Just in case this confused anyone, you select "Series" under the general tab.
