reports not showing same names with diff. ID's

I use Access for my school. I have families with the same last name. Reports are not showing repeat names even though each family has diff. ID's. I have for example 2 Rosenbaum families with 2 children each. The report will print one name (1st in the alphabet) with 4 children.
How do I tell Access to allow duplicate names?

The report is not based on a query just on a table.

it must be some grouping that you have on with the report. Can't think of anything else.
