Vertical Fields on Report

I have a report with vertical fields that prints envelopes. On one computer on the network the vertical fields appear as lines, or dashes. Works on other PCs just fine. Access 2003 SP3 on XP SP3. Tried generic HP laser printers as default printer, but no help. Update the video driver too.

Did you reboot? I'm out of suggestions unless a new printer driver would fix it. Is the preview goofed up as well?
