    Can't run this action???

Access 2.0 full & runtime under XP.

Have a legacy (ver 2.0)mdb that functions perfectly in full access. But when attempting to run under runtime (MSARN200) get several errors ending with "Can't run this action while in the current code context.) What? Only happens with one form but can't determine the problem cause it works perfect under the full version 2.0 AND XP.

Program is made up of both macros and code.

Have many other similar 2.0 apps that function fine.

(Scratching my head...) Any reason you haven't long ago bitten the bullet and converted these old apps to a more recent version of Access?

    Steve:
Thanks for the prompt reply. Actually, I have converted most of it to Access 2007 and have it running on a few installs. Problem is that there are lots of very complex macros -- it began as Access v1.0 app. Still I'd like to know why this error occurs. Interestingly it does not happen on all machines. It runs fine on some and not others with the same XP ed. --WWG
