    ID search Query

    hey need help again,

got my self a little stuck on a problem

Background: have a table showing several offices, and in each office there are several staff members ( natually, before i get a funny comments )

i have a form that using a query to display regions of the offices and displaying results into a datalist. what i then want it to do is open all the staff details in another form based on the office that is selected.

My problem is im not to sure how to set the querey up so it responds to the selected Office ID and search for that ID in the Staff table to find the correct staff???? would perfer it to be "open on click" to open the form but how do i set it up to search that??

    thanks
    Jay
