Good morning, let me start off with a few "catches". I am currently using Access 2000 (I work for County gov't and will can't upgrade). And I'm at the beginning/intermediate level in Access useage.

Here is my question: I have created a simple database to track goals under a number of "themes" by our administration. The goals change monthly and there are a set group of administrators (pretty much). Is there a way that if an administrator did not enter goals for a particular month, Access would create an autoentry of sorts so the report would show the name of the manager with all other fields blank? This might be over-simplifying it, but am hoping it is enough to find out if this is even possible. Thank you.
