    Print different Reports at once

I have three different reports that I like to print at once by a command button on my form. The reason is that the report only holds 22 inches of information on it so I had to split it up into three different reports. The first report is the one that prints by the ID and the rest just has information that relates to the first report i.e., Definitions etc.

I have created a macro but I can't get it to run properly.
This is how I got the macro setup:
    OpenReport first report by ID
    OpenReport Second report IRB Section

    OpenReport Third report definitions
    Runcommand Print Preview
    Close

    Thanks!

Always helps when you describe what your problem is (what does "can't get it to run properly" mean?). I wouldn't expect the 4th line, rather each of the previous 3 would specify preview mode.

What I mean by it doesn't run properly is that when the macro runs all the reports come up on tabs and will not print. Only the last report shows on the screen.

I like to click one button and the macro print the reports all at one time in order I have them in the macro.

If you want them to print, change the View argument in each OpenReport action. That should print them out to the default printer, in order.

Thanks for the info... It now prints how I want it. Removed RunCommand.
