You Do Not Have Exclusive Access To The Database At This Time. If You Proceed....

Hello. I have a database built for supervisors to enter employee journal entries. This is done on a form and then the data is saved to a table. I have split the database into a front and back end, and have applied user-level security to the database. The problem that i am having is when any of our supervisors attempts to add an entry via the form, the get an error stating: "You do not have exclusive access to the database at this time. If you proceed to make changes, you may not be able to save them later." Does anyone know why this is happening? It only happens when a supervisor logs in, when I (Admin) log in and attempt to add a record, i do not get the error. Please help!!
