Hide/Unhide multiple fields based on selected combo box value

I have a frmEmployee with a combobox (value list) named cboSupervisor and it is bound to a field named Section in my tblEmployee. What I want to happen in my frmEmployee form is that, if I select a value in my cboSupervisor (ie. Admin) it will diplay 3 fields namely [Supervisor],[Unit] and [SubUnit] and if its another value it will hide the same fields.

Everytime I open frmEmployee will always check that value in the Section field whether to hide/unhide the 3 fields.

    Please advise.
