    Smile How to know if a query is used

    is there any to know which query is used and which is not so i can clean my db ?

    What I do is change the name of the saved query (add a "z_" to the name), then open the forms/reports. If there are no errors, the query is probably not used. Keep the query for a while or move it to a backup mdb, just in case.

    There are a couple of programs that will document your mdb, telling you where an object is referenced. I'll look to see if I can find them....
