Fake Background form for backend mdbs

Attached is an example of a fake background form for backend mdbs. It's a quick easy way to trick users who attempt to open the backend mdb, logging who and when they attempted to open the backend mdb.

A user will typically try to open the backend first without holding down the shift key. They then will attempt to open it using the shift key. This example logs when they initially try without using the shift key whereby you can then have a chat with them about opening the backend.
