    dcount syntax correct?

Is this dcount syntax correct? My report textbox returns an #Error instead of a #.

    Code:
    =DCount("[Order Number]","qrytestTotal_Orders","[DaystoShip]=2 OR [DaystoShip]=3 AND [SEC ID]Like '3*' AND [Order Priority]>3")
