I am currently working on revamping a database for a small University. The database is used to schedule campus tours for interested prospects. Some of the information is collected by student workers, and later, other information is added by regular office staff...
So...
I have decided that it would be best to create a form with two tabs, one for student use, and the other for office staff use.
What seems like a simple endeavor becomes an entirely different beast when presented with the scenario that when the students arrive to the admissions office, information entered into the form on BOTH tabs need to be printed out on ONE sheet of paper.
The current database uses a single form with all fields present on one sheet, and the reason for going with a tabulated interface would be to prevent students from filling out information that office staff must complete. Therefore when it is printed, the printer spits out the completed record on one sheet, and we would like to maintain that for puroposes of simplicity...
Any help would be appreciated!
