    Cannot split a DB properly

I have tried to split my DB using the Database Tools/Move Data/Access Database route. I agree the name and destination and the process starts, but ends with a message box of "Subscript out of Range".

Although the _be db is made, the tables are still in the original db and the linked table manager is greyed out.

    Any suggestions please?

    regards

    Roger

    Roger,

Check this site for some ideas. Have you tried importing into a blank database?

Many thanks Adam & Richard, I have manually split it and it works fine now.
