File name listings of mdb files (Directory)

I want a directory listing of my files in my mdb. I see in the properties on the contents tab there is a listing of all my file names and they are separated under tables, queries, forms, reports, etc. How can I print this listing out so I know all the names I have created for all my files in my database? This would sort of be like the system dir listing. Thanks in advance

These are not Files. They are Access Objects as defined by the Access Object Model
    .

    See the Database Documenter Tool.

If you want vba example see http://www.consultdmw.com/access-VBA-list-objects.htm
