Filtering results by date between two datefields

    Hello,

I am kinda new to Access and I am trying to create a database where some data will show according to certain criteria...

I'm trying to display data between two dates that need to be entered in the fields txtStarDate and txtEndDate on the AuditF form.

I've tried all i could find on the internet but none seem to help... Could you please provide me with your insights????

    Thanks a Lot,

Hi, I would use a Calendar date picker for this. But you could also use unbound textboxes and a query. If you do go with the date picker don't use the ActiveX type if you’re going to distribute your database because of version conflicts. I do use ActiveX in my App. But it's for personal use.

    Unhappy

Hello again, thanks for the reply. Maybe I didn't phrase my question well (although I like your idea!!) what I'm trying to do is generate an SQL code that will enable me to display data in the listbox based on the dates I enter in the two date fields. I want the displayed data to be filtered between those two date fields. I've tried all I could think of.

Can you convert your attachment to Access 2000? I use 2003 at work if you have to.

    Hi lakylekidd,

I updated your listbox, take a look at the updated version.
If you do use this, use error checking around the code.
