What am I doing wrong?

I keep getting errors when I try to run a report for signed only documents (hence the 'S') to the column on the left but I only want that report for certain documents: 5,6,19 and 69



What do I type in? What am i doing wrong?!?! It's driving me mad.

Dear Brandon,

Can you tell me the data figure in the 2 fields???
It will be better to send a snapshot to the table itself

Thanks much for the response! I actually got it, finally. It just took banging my head against the desk for awhile. Thank you for trying! Problem is now resolved.
