    font formatting Access 03

ok, what am I missing here. The help file tells me to open the form or table or whatever I'm trying to format in datasheet view, and select "format" on the menu bar and format the font. The only available choice on the format menu is "conditional formatting." Everything else is grey. I can select individual fields and format the font, but I want to do it for the entire form, or table and not field by field.

    What gives, anyone know?

You want to format the font of the fields (or conditional formatting of a specific field) in the design view of the form itself. Then when the form is viewed (ie. opened) in a datasheet view, the font/conditional formatting will take place. You can't really format the font while looking at the datasheet view.
