Slow Runtimes any ideas to speed up process?

I have attached the three databases that I have created this summer for the power company I work for. The problem now is that they are running horribly slow (In my opinion), with many reports taking over 3-4 minutes to run from the time that the button is pressed on the form. It is also very choppy to use access and saving reports takes 3 or 4 minutes as well. I have attached the three databases, CLSKDatabase, LoadDatabase, and PowerSupply. CLSKDatabase and LoadDatabase can run on their own, but PowerSupply has linked tables from CLSK and Load. At first I thought that it was because the data was not organized well in the LoadDatabase, but even the HLHvsLLH report in the CLSKDatabase runs awfully slow. Is there any way to index these databases so that they remember the previous calculations and make the program run faster? Or have I streched the limits of Access? A couple of reports that are good examples are 1.CLSKDatabase->frmSummary->input 8/1/10 to 8/31/10 for period start date and end date and click LLHvsHLH 2.PowerSupply->frmSelection->pick "Halsey GP Out" and run August data on all the buttons except for the Cascade Kelly Invoice.

Thanks for your guys time. Interested to know if anybody has any ideas because I am about to create a report that will query yearly data and I am scared that Access will not be able to handle it.
This forum could not hold all three so I will send the third in a reply to this post...

Have you done a Compact and Repair *before* zipping the db? If it is still > 2.0 MB then you will need to use one of the free file hosting sites.

Before digging in too deeply to this system, I would like you to review this site for ideas.

Haha yes! By the way, I have tried some of the things so far and they seem to be helping. I will keep you posted if I have anymore questions!

Ok thanks. These definitely seem to be helping. Just out of curiousity, what are the limitations of access? is there a certain amount of records that will crash the system?
