Tabbed forms not display data correctly in fields

I have created a tabbed form in Access 2016 where I have the name of the users on the top of the form and three tabs displaying three separate types of information on each user. Each tab is drawing data from a table that contains that particular set of information (Personal, Business, Organizational) and relationships have been built with the main table (Trustees) and the other three tables. The problem is that not of the information on the tabs is displaying correctly, except for the field called TrusteeID. Also, when I scroll through all the records the field TrusteeID changes accordingly. I just need to get the rest of the data to show up correctly. What could i have done wrong? See attached image for how tab displays data fields.

The error would imply that either the field names are spelled wrong in the control sources, or since it's all of them the record source of the subform is wrong.

Thanks pbaldy. I'm a relative nube to Access and this is the first time I am attempting anything like this. Would you mind explaining "the record source of the subform is wrong" a bit more to me? Thank you for your guidance with this.

I would expect the subform on that tab to have a record source of the table containing personal info. Does it? Can you attach the db here, without personal info in it?
