Advice for table design for bacterial culture records

Please advise for table design for bacterial culture records as follows the attached files below
I would like to create table that add many records in the columns and
the pathogen such as Salmonella group E, Aeromonas caviae of each column can add susceptibility testing

ST-1 Salmonella group E Ciprofloxacin 25 I
ST-1 Salmonella group E Tetracycline 6 R
ST-1 Salmonella group E Ceftriaxone 25 S

this format may work for you, but from a data design, my idea would be to normalize the table to be more scalable.
Your format would require a table redesign to add test components, where the design below youd only need add a new values:
