Help with Conditional Formatting report results

Hello All,

I have a report that I want to format only certain lines of. The report is based on a query and I want to HI-Lite only rows of data that meet certain criteria in another query. How can I tie these together?

join the 2 queries together in a 3rd query and run the report off the 3rd.
