Query where Field 'contains' a value from another table's field

I have two tables that do not have a field that is an exact match.
Table one has a field that is a tracking number. - Field Name: Tracking#
Table two has a field that contains the tracking number data but also has other numbers. - Field Name: ProShip

how can i run a query that says pull data where Table two.Proship contains Table one.Tracking#

    Is this possible?

It's not the ideal design situation for sure. If the data types are the same, an equal join on the 2 fields should provide records regardless if they are not named the same. Whether or not the results are accurate is another matter. If these tables are of your creation, you should know that spaces and special characters (save for underscore) in object names are ill advised.
