Need to upload Access file and view online

Sir,

I did an access Simple program for our HR department, It is installed at our factory and Head office, both are at different locations which is approx 30 km away. Staff at Factory is doing data entry on this program. How can i update the data from Factory to Head office in a easy way. can they upload on any cloud platform or google drive, Can we upload database automatically . Please help me

Use a network share drive, then both sites can use the db together.

Can you overview the business requirement that led you to build a database? We need some details to help focus meaningful responses.
In your design, what was the thinking/rationale for a database at 2 separate locations? What methods/concepts were considered for having these 2 instances "communicate" in some manner?

in line with Orange's question, how does the factory share data with head office on other computer file related matters. No idea what, but suggest talk to someone in Finance - they probably need to know about delivery notes/despatch notes/purchase orders and the like.
