One date parameter for multiple sub-reports

I have a report that has two sub-reports. These sub-reports currently ask for a start and end dates for them when you open the report. Problem is, it asks this twice (once for each sub-reports). I need it to only ask once as both sub-reports will use the same date parameter.

    How do I do this?

Then query used as report RecordSource needs to reference controls on a form where user inputs the date criteria.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Go to your Report Design View and select the second SubReport
    In Data tab
One thing more you have to do is!!! you must have to remove the date criteria of second sub_report because the when the master field attached with date alongwith subreport it will automatically sortout the data in report as in master query adjusted.
    Link Master Field
    Link Child Field
and select the same Dates in each (First Report "Master Field" & Second Report "Child Field") and its done
