The second image shows how left part of the form is fixed when scrolling down.
While this is an inconvenience when editing a form, in 'runtime' (form view) this problem is not present but in very particular cases. I have spent a lot of time googling on this but, while the problem exists, have not found a working solution to the problem.
I have even tried a professional tool (StellarRepairForAccess) that could not detect/resolve this issue. Compact and repair database does not fix it either. Closing and reopening does not resolve either.

Hope someone has had this issue and resolved it!

It's probably a rendering / graphics issue, I used to get it occasionally when I did most of my developing on a 4K monitor. Office just didn't handle it very well.
Try adjusting your screen resolution, and also ensure you have all the drivers up to date .

You might also try a full decompile of your database.

Final suggestions - have you got any weird anchoring or layout options around your controls , that plays havoc with the design view sometimes.
It could be form corruption, in which case revert to an older version and/or try importing the objects into a new blank database and see if the behaviour replicates.

    Thanks for your answer Minty,

I'm desperately seeking solutions for this problem and I will follow your leads.
Now, when trying to import previously exported vba-modules I get the following error:

Name:	Invalid Module name.jpg
Views:	8
Size:	28.2 KB
ID:	37460
sorry..not very good at this, Manage Attachments makes this image too small.

It says "The module name 'Form_frmTransplants'" is invalid and then loads the module and names it Class1!
That name has been created by MSAccess when defining event code.

That's a bit weird. As access states you aren't allowed to call a module anything beginning with Form_ Report_ etc as access uses those internally.
However it should be able to import that from a saved export, unless I'm missing something?

The other route would be to delete the form completely, then compact and repair, then import it from an older working back-up.

I see that the image got correctly sized. It was very small in the editing window.

    Please forgive a newcomer.

For the error above I found the explanation and how to fix it (Just set hasModule = Yes in the form properties and the empty module is created and I can paste from previously exportyed files.

    Problem resolved!
I saw in a similar thread (below) the following:
"Access 2016 form in design view cutting off when scrolling in 2nd monitor"
And yes, when I moved to the primary monitor the problem is no longer present.
    EUREKA!

Glad you solved it - Access , in fact I'd say Office products in general seem to struggle with multiple monitors.

I run three at the same time, 15" laptop + 24" and 28" monitors and I have trouble moving Excel and Access between them. Excel freezes, locks up and just dies.
It's not lack of resources in the laptop either, 32Gb Ram, separate dedicated graphics i7 etc. It appears to be pish poor resource management.
