fail report printing

i have a small access database and it contain one table and one report . when i preview my report every thing is ok but in the printing that some of my report details not printing . i tried to print this report in another printer and it printing will . i want what the reason of that and how can i fix it ?
Noticeable: this report contain big picture as background frame and some text box . in printing this big frame not printing .

please my question is " why my access report don't print any picture " ? with all extension "png - jpg - bmp ... "

Check the file (picture) size, try to see if it works with smaller ones (max 1 MB or so).

even logos don't print !!!

but in another PC and Printer my pictures is printing good.

I have installed the new driver of this printer and now everything is good.
