I need to create a query that shows all the copies of some record even if it is checked out

    Hello,

I need to create a query that shows all the copies of a particular work (the number of copies are 23) even if the work is checked out by somebody, and if so, then by whom. As soon as I add the fields of date out and name, the query result is reduced to 3 instead of 23. I don't know what to put in the criteria so that I get the desired result of 23 records in the work field and 3 records in the check out field.

    Thanks in advance

You can select the two fields without making them part of the selection criteria.
