Reports in Access 2016 not showing all fields

    Hi,

I have a query in Access that contains 60 fields. When I click create "report" it creates a report with only 15 fields. If I run the report wizard it says unable to complete report because you chose too many fields. In Excel it will make a worksheet and show all the data even if when being printed it won't all fit on one page. You can also tell it to fit it all on one page and it may be so small you can't read it but it will at least put it all on one sheet. If you have a table that is real Wide(columns) how do you get the report to show all the data?

    Thanks
    GMD

The wizard will build only so many.
you can manually add more fields.

Thank you. I started adding and after getting to 49 fields it stops and now if I try to add the last fields they go over top of the others and won't show any more. There are 62 Fields in my query and only 49 fields show. The other thing is that the order they show in my report are not how they are sorted in the query.

I figured out how to sort the report so it now looks like my query sort but I still have not figured out how to add the last dozen or so fields. When I try to drag them to the end of the column in the design view the drop on top of the last field instead of going to the end.

Are you sure that you aren't bumping into the maximum size of the report?
I think it is something like 22 inches.

That is exactly what is happening. I didn't know there was that limit. The table I imported from excel didn't have that limit. The database is for baseball stats. They have Total Stats, Stats vs Left Hand Pitching and Stats vs Right Hand Pitching. So Probably would have to do 3 reports and have them only include the fields I want for each one instead of having them all in one report.

Thanks for pointing out the Access Limitation on report size.
