I have experienced an error to allow a field to appear on the report after I have added a new field in Microsoft Access.
The new add-on field is able to appear under form view and design view.
Kindly advice.

perhaps your report recordsource does not include your new field?
Yes, The field list does show my new add-on including on the form view and design view. The new add-on field just doesn’t shows on the report when i select for print
have you created a control for the new field?
A textbox bound to field shows in Report and Design views, but not Print?

May I know if it is necessary to use a textbox to create a new add-on field?
Of course a textbox must be bound to field for data to show.
