Form not working when accessed from Switchboard

I have a form that works perfectly when I open it in the Access Objects enviroment, however as soon as I add it to my switchboard the form stops working. If I close it and go back under objects and open the form everything is working properly again.

Please can I have your thoughts?

What does 'not working' mean - error message, wrong results, nothing happens?

Are you using the old Switchboard wizard? Almost no one uses that any more. I never have.

Post your code or provide db.

Thank you for your reply. It made me think and I found it much easier AND satisfying to create my own switchboard. The result was much better that the wizard.
