Text Box updating

Would someone help fix my Form. I have a 3 level query going into a List Box. I would like to be able to click on items in my list box after the query and have them populate the Text Boxes under the List Box. So if I have 3 items in the List Box after the query, I might be able to click each item and have the info populate the boxes under the List Box. I have attached the File.
