Query has data but report doesn't - except for every once in a while

I've never seen this behavior before. I've got a report that was working great for a few years. Now it's not displaying a % field on most of the records, yet every so often it does display correctly (image 1).

And here's the query data, for the exact same records, in the exact same order - showing that the % data exists. WTH? (image 2)

No idea without directly analyzing db. If you want to provide, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

any # divided by null = null.
sometimes text can cause this too.
check your data for this possibility

All the tables in this db are linked to an MRP SQL database and can't disclose business info anyway.

I revised my original post to clarify that the missing data on the report is not null - the values are shown in the screen shot of the query.

Well, if you cannot create tables with dummy data to replicate the issue and provide file, afraid can't help.

Job has QT prefix on working group. Is that a clue?

I guess my point is I think this is a report related issue. What about report/field formatting could I be getting wrong that would cause the data to disappear on the report? As a poor example - "hide duplicates"would have a somewhat similar effect. As a reminder this report has worked just fine for more than a year and nobody (to my knowledge) has messed with either the query or the report design.
