    -30 days before due date

Good Afternoon. I have a database that is used for memberships. I am looking to have the data base notify the user 30 days in advance the a membership is due when they open the database in the morning. I am looking at maybe a message box or a form, but I don't know how to write the code for this. Can I get some help please. I am using access 2016 32 bit.

a query to pull the persons
    =DateAdd("d",-30,[DateExpire])

put the query of emails in a list box,
cycle thru the list and send email to each.

How will you stop the programme putting the same Msgbox every day or even every time the user logs in for the 30 days until they update?

Good point. I need to think about this. Maybe I should use conditional formating.

Your table for this could have fields to support 1 or more notifications along with dates. Suppose you want to send at 30 days before and 15 days before (or even just once for that matter; just suggesting other things are possible). The process logic would be like "if we're at the 30 (or 15) day mark AND the 30 (15) day notice date field is Null, send the message then insert the date if the send is successful. Your test would have to be more like "if between 30 and 16 AND related date is Null..."
The more we hear silence, the more we begin to think about our value in this universe.
