    Saving the databse

We have been running access for years but recently installed 360. Since we did, every time we close the database on the main computer it seems to save it and another one with a slightly extended file name save. Why is thsi happening? How do I prevent this? it gets confusing with multiple users on multiple computers

    Welcome.

Please tell us more about your set up and users. Multi user database? Split database?

My understanding is super rudimentary so bear with me. It is a multiuser database. We user windows 360 so users can access from various devices and locations. When I open the database on my laptop and then close it it save itself as it should :2019 Master Database. When we open 2019 Master Database on the desktop in the office it saved as :2019 Master Database-DESKTOP-LU1GF12; then when we went back there is another version: 2019 Master Database-DESKTOP-LU1GF12-DESKTOP-0F6STK9; they seem to be the same but I am unsure of why the duplicate keeps happening, any thoughts?
