Report template corrupted- old school code with header files, footer file, .rtf file to generate .do

We have.mdb DB run on access 2016. Works perfectly on my system but my co -worker could not generate report. some setting changed on her system.
When we generate word report the header file(.doc) , the footer file(.doc) are merged into the .rtf file which is then called into the Access report template and then output the .doc report.

My co-worker was able to generate the report perfectly until last week, not sure what setting changed on her machine. When she generates the report the header will be below in other words after the footer and the 2 gif files on either side of the header are aligned next to the table in the center etc..

I am guessing this could be because of setting changes in Word , so I asked her to make the default setting on her word application. Still no luck.

Did any one had this kind of issue before? or know what is causing the issue and the solution?

    Thank you

Does this mean nothing is made?
it makes the word doc wrong?
it throws an error and nothing finishes?

usu when the PC gets an upgrade, the Word references are missing and must be put back in VB.
