Use 2 Queries As Data Source For Report

    Hi

I am wanting to insert query data into a report. I know how to set-up the query, that part is complete. My question is, how do I "add" the field from the query to the report?

And can I use 2 different queries to add files to the report? Or must I somehow "tie/link" the two queries together so that I am only pulling fields from one query?

you can combine 2 queries into 1 query and the report would use that,
    or
use 2 separate queries, and the 1 report would have 1 (or 2) subreports, 1 for each query.

in the report design , click ADD EXISTING FIELDS button on toolbar
drag and drop fields onto the rpt.

I am using this report to display sale information for employees. The query data will display store information, which if I join the two queries into one would cause the store information to be displayed multiple times in the ONE query.

Is there a way I can set the report to only pull TOP or DISTINCT? Or should I use sub-report in this instance?
