How do I display multiple insurance coverage records for a trucking company?

    Hi everyone!

I have a few clients (trucking companies) that have insurance coverage with more than one insurance company.

How do I display all coverage records for a given client in one form? Is this a situation where a subform comes into play?

Attached are the relationships I currently have set up. I hope that is helpful.

    Thanks in advance!

    Yes, subform for data entry/edit.

A report probably would not need subreport in this case.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Do you mind a few questions about your design? Not sure about the terminology.

Are "Producers" the insurance company or employees/agents of insurance company?
Don't "Producers" have locations (address, city, state, zip)? Can the Producers change locations?
Why 2 tables? (tblProducers & tblLocations)

Is "Carrier" (tblCarriers) the same as Clients/ Trucking companies ? Can't tell because the terms are different.
Why a table for Carriers (tblCarriers) and a table for tblCarrierInfo? Shouldn't they be 1 table?
Since there is a table "tblCarrierInfo", how are these fields

    attributes of a carrier?

And speaking of which, generally any time you have repeating fields, those fields should be in a separate table

these field names are actually data and shouldn't be fields in a table.
