Show Query Sum and Count on Form

querI have a table named "Tasks". One of the fields in that table is named "Repeats". A number entered into the "Repeat" field must match a number in the "Tasks" ID field (so my group can track tasks that have been requested multiple times). I have a query that lists all the "Repeat" numbers and totals the numbers in a field named "Quantity".

I would like for the Quantity totals to show up on a form, were the connecting Repeat value matches the opened form's ID value.

    Thank you!
