move the new entry field to the top of the form

On my data entry form the new entry field is always at the bottom of the window with all the previous records above it. is there a way to have the new entry fields be at the top by default so we don't have to scroll down? Right now it's not so bad but after a few month and hundreds of entries it would get annoying.

Sort the form data in reverse order e.g. by primary key or date/time entered

I've changed the record source of the form to sort by the PK field in descending order
No idea what the green field is!

That is not really what i need. I need the default location of the new data entry field to be at the top rather than always on the bottom.

    You can't with that layout.
Suggest you have a button New which when clicked opens the form to a new blank record
