Navigation form tab color bug after clicking

I'm using a navigation form with horizontal tabs. Say there are 2 tabs: X and Y (both are light blue by default).

    1. For X, once I clicked it, it turned dark blue, correctly indicating it was selected.

    2. When I clicked Y next, Y became dark blue, which was correctly indicating it was selected. HOWEVER, X remained dark blue when it should have turned back to the default light blue color.

    3. It only turned back to the default color when I hovered my cursor over the tab.

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

Are you running code to change the colors of your tabs or are you relying on conditional formatting or events to do it?

No. I do not have any codes relating to the tabs.
