The error is unusually descriptive. Does that table/query still exist, with that name? Renaming the database file shouldn't affect anything. If you changed the name of an object within, anything depending on it needs to be changed. There is a name autocorrect feature, but most of us turn it off (its nickname is "name autocorrupt").

The record source of the form is "2007 Box Cards". There is no table or query by that name in the sample db, thus the error.

I renamed the table removing the 2007. I assume that you cannot rename that ??

I'm one of those people who turn it off, so not sure why it didn't work. I think V-Tools is still free and has a search feature that will let you look for the old name and find everywhere that refers to it so you can fix it. I've heard good things about it, never needed it myself.

I think there's a lot more going on other than just misspellings.
I tried to open the query in design view several times and it crashed. I renamed it and was able to open it only in SQL view.
I cant really make heads or tails of it as its rather long.

The problem is that you renamed the table and its referenced as 2007 Box Cards in the query. I renamed the table and it works.

I think your bigger problem is your table. Tables should be tall and thin. You have numerous repeating fields which is a tell-tale sign it needs normalization.
