Does anyone know if Office 365 updates destabilize access databases?

I have had several customers complain that suddenly a form that usually receives a foreign key from a macro does not receive the id. One customer seems sure that 365 office updates cause this.

I haven't heard of that one, but there have been numerous Access issues caused by both Office and Windows updates.
