records showing up twice on same report

I have a daily productivity report that I run for each shift and each day of the warehouse. For some reason I have two associates that are showing up twice on the same report. Everyone else on the report is fine, its just those two and I can not figure out what is causing it. I have back tracked through the query's and tables and can find anything that would cause it. I was hoping someone here might see something i am not.

When You open the DB run the Daily productivity report. when prompted enter 1st shift and the start and stop dates are both 11/09. That will run the day I am having an issue with.

The problem lies here in this link. There's nothing that ties the unreported time to a specific employee. It's matching hours to hours and more than one employee can have the same hours.
You need to restructure your queries to match the hours to the correct employee.
