If DCount("*", "TableName", "Cap_ProjectQty Is Not Null") > 0 Then, works like I wanted. I knew it had to be DCount, now I can review that code.
    Thanks!

Some times I can find what I need by goggle, but after many searches can't find the answer. Ok when I open my table and delete all or I do a delete query I get #deleted in all the records. If I close and open form all is good. I have a button and tried to use requery and refresh, but does't work. Must be an easy fix? I'm only deleting after testing my form and clearing all the records.
    Thanks for all your help.

Requerying the form should work. How exactly are you doing it?

My coworkers say things that weren't working start working when I come to look.
