No sir, my balance is just a calculation field in my query.

What I want sir is that, When the user only Enters the Amount_Tendered I want my Amount_Paid to automatically fill the equal Amount as Total Balance or (Amount_Paid:Amount_Tendered-Change)
    in my query code(Balance:Amount_Due+Penalty-Amount_Paid).

I want this to happen coz I dont want my User to fill up so many textbox,
I want the user to just fill the Amount_Tendered.
    and click save.

Well, I still seem to be confused. You're using words to describe things that I cannot see; words that don't match up with what I see on your form picture. As I mentioned, there could be several reasons why the save occurred regardless, and now I think I have to add to those the fact that I no longer seem to know what is what. I think you will have to post a compacted and zipped copy of your db in a post here, and provide instructions on how to reproduce your problem. Otherwise, I don't seem to be able to help as we're now at 17 posts for what should be a simpler problem. Surely it is because I'm not able to understand what is what when you write Amount_Tendered, for example, but I see no form label that even comes close to that. To post a zipped copy, click the Go Advanced button and use the toolbar there.
