Code Snippet for Running Query Using Variable or Select Timeframes

I would like to create a form to run queries on sales transactions in multiple ways:

    Daily
    Weekly
    Monthly
    Yearly
    Year-to-date
Any_date to Any_date (G.T.E to the first date)

and (optionally) filter by Part Number

Is anyone aware of code snippets that will do any part or all of the above that I could modify?
